• I have successfully managed exciting challenges including: project management for multi-million dollar projects, (some over $4 Million), management of support business with $10 million annual revenue, management of team responsible for delivering over $26 million of business analysis services.
• I have successfully taken over and rescued 6 projects through working with the Customers to understand the true status of the project, and, where necessary, to redefine the scope, and schedule, and deliver a quality system, resulting in satisfied Customers.
• I have successfully managed and grown a team of 5 Junior Implementation Specialists into a team of 20 and defined new roles to better utilise people’s skills and expertise and create opportunities for growth and advancement, through fostering a collaborative environment, ongoing learning and mentorship including individual coaching.
• Through the growth of the team mentioned above and process improvements, I took this team to the next level – we made a 70% improvement in meeting the schedule and margin of customer facing projects in less than two years, this including setting and adjusting priorities to meet company and customer priorities.
